FLAP.GOLD
LEGAL / TERMS

Terms and Conditions

Effective September 17, 2026. Read these terms before using wallet or launch tools.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FLAP.GOLD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must have legal capacity and determine whether token tooling is permitted in your jurisdiction.

2. Non-custodial wallets

FLAP.GOLD does not custody private keys, seed phrases or user assets. The user controls wallet connection, signing and broadcasting. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

3. No investment advice

The platform provides software, data organization and technical assistance. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice and does not guarantee token value, liquidity, returns or migration.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for names, symbols, media, content, taxes, allocations, beneficiary, initial buy, compliance and resulting transactions. Do not infringe rights, mislead others or engage in unlawful conduct.

5. Digital-asset payments and credits

When BNB payments are enabled, entitlements activate only after server verification of recipient, amount, sender, receipt and confirmations. Gas, protocol fees and initial buys are not included in platform plans. Consumed digital services are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Third-party services

Wallets, RPCs, Flap, X, OpenAI, Supabase, IPFS, DEXs and other external services are controlled by their providers. Downtime, rate limits, interface changes or bad data may affect availability.

7. Risk and availability

Smart contracts, tokens, tax mechanics, bonding curves, MEV, congestion, volatility and regulatory change involve substantial risk. Simulations and estimates do not guarantee execution. Maintenance or security events may interrupt access.

8. Prohibited use

You may not bypass safeguards, attack the service, abuse APIs, commit fraud or manipulation, deploy malicious contracts, publish unlawful material or use the platform to harm others.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is without guarantees of profit or continuous availability. Users must independently review contracts and transactions and bear losses caused by on-chain activity, third parties or their configuration.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for product, legal or security changes. Continued use after publication means acceptance. Before commercial launch, the operator should have qualified counsel review this page for the actual legal entity and jurisdictions.
